Registration for the 101st Annual Northwest Amateur Tournament is set to open this Thursday, June 15th at 7:00 am (Central Time). Tournament dates for this year’s event are August 3rd – 6th, 2023.

We thank the over 470 individuals who have completed their Player Profile! As a reminder, you won’t be able to register for the tournament until after you have completed your Player Profile in Golf Genius. This one-time process will streamline the registration day process for years to come. You can enter your email address on the registration page if you are unsure if you have created your Player Profile yet. If it tells you “Email already taken.”, then your player profile is created, and you can click Cancel to log in with your profile to confirm your details.

PLEASE NOTE: When you go to register this Thursday morning, you will first need to log in to your Golf Genius account. Please be sure to test your username and password before Thursday morning to ensure you won’t have challenges accessing your account. Once logged into your Golf Genius account, you will simply select the names of those who you are registering from a dropdown list of existing player profiles. Each participant will have the ability to register up to 12 total participants, assuming they each have Player Profiles established. Each player will then receive a confirmation email that they have been registered.

Some reasons why we are creating player profiles this year:

• With the way these past few years have sold out so quickly, many participants have scrambled on registration day to fill out their entry form information for multiple participants leading to incorrect and/or incomplete data entered. Most importantly, having player profiles completed in advance will make registration day quicker with less data entry for you.
• Establishing player profiles will also allow us to communicate better with everyone via email/text with important information, such as rules, schedules, and other special instructions.
• Completing a profile will save you time each year going forward, as you will not need to re-enter your basic information such as an address, email, phone, birthdate, etc. again in future years.

Reminder Regarding Golf Cart Reservations:  This year, golf cart rental reservations will take place separately from event registration. Soon after the June 15th registration day, we will open golf cart rental reservations for those who have registered to play, to be done through a separate golf cart registration form. Once we open this separate registration process, online golf cart reservations can then be completed at any time up until July 15th, 2023.

We are thankful to have so much support and interest, which has caused the tournament these past few years to sell out quickly. We sincerely hope that the registration day process becomes less stressful and that all who desire to participate will have ample time to register.
