Tournament Registration
Greetings,
Registration for the 102nd Annual Northwest Amateur Tournament is set to open Thursday, June 20th at 7:00 am (Central Time). Tournament dates for this year’s event are August 1st-4th, 2024.
As a reminder, please be sure that you and all other individuals in your planned pairing group have completed a Player Profile. This one-time process will streamline the registration day process for years to come. A player won’t be able to be registered for the tournament until after they have completed this Player Profile in Golf Genius. You can enter your email address on the registration page if you are unsure if you have created your Player Profile yet. If it tells you “Email already taken.”, then your player profile is created, and you can click Cancel to log in with your profile to confirm your details.
PLEASE NOTE: When you go to register on Thursday morning, you will first need to log in to your Golf Genius account. Please be sure to test your username and password before Thursday morning to ensure you won’t have challenges accessing your account. Once logged into your Golf Genius account, simply select the names of the other players you are also registering from a dropdown list of golfers who have player profiles created. You will have the ability to register up to 12 total participants. Each player will then receive a confirmation email that they have been registered.
Some reasons why we started requiring player profiles last year:
- With the way these past few years have sold out so quickly, many participants have scrambled on registration day to fill out their entry form information for multiple participants leading to incorrect and/or incomplete data entered. Most importantly, having player profiles completed in advance will make registration day quicker with less data entry for you.
- Establishing player profiles allows us to communicate better with everyone via email/text with important information, such as rules, schedules, and other special instructions.
- Completing a profile will save you time each year going forward, as you will not need to re-enter your basic information such as an address, email, phone, birthdate, etc. again in future years.
Reminder Regarding Golf Cart Reservations: Golf cart rental reservations will take place separately from event registration. Soon after the June 20th registration day, we will open an online golf cart rental reservation process for those who have registered to play. Golf cart reservations can then be completed at any time up until July 15th.

Registration Information
- Registration is set to open at 7:00 AM on June 20th.
- All players must create a Player Profile prior to registration. Create your Player Profile.
- The entry fee for the tournament will be $200 per player.
- Please register as early as possible, as the maximum number of registrations has been reached in as little as 24 minutes in recent years.
- If you plan on playing with other players, it is recommended that one player register everyone to ensure that you all get in.
- Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, with no holding spots.
- No refunds will be offered for registrations cancelled after July 15th, and refunds prior to that will be assessed a $10 fee to pay for the credit card processing.
- In order to streamline the event registration, golf cart reservations will be a separate process this year. Details will be emailed to all participants after the conclusion of the event registration.
- The entry fee includes a contribution to the Herman Sani Scholarship Fund.
